Why it matters for your business
In hospitality, a fireplace or patio heater isn't just equipment. It's part of the guest experience and part of your revenue.
Guest and staff safety
Fire equipment runs for long hours in busy rooms and on crowded patios. Regular cleaning and safety inspections keep it running safely around your guests and your team.
Working when you need it
A fireplace that won't light on a winter Saturday, or a row of cold patio heaters in May, costs covers. Scheduled maintenance catches worn parts before they fail mid-service, and existing clients qualify for emergency service if something does go wrong.
Consistent across every location
One provider, one standard and one set of records for all of your sites, so every location looks after its equipment the same way.
Documented for management
Every visit is recorded: what was serviced, what was found and what's recommended. Reports are ready to share with your general managers, facilities team or head office.
A trusted name in commercial service
Commercial work is a core part of our business. Barbeque Pro Inc. has served Ontario since 2004, and our teams already work with restaurant groups, golf and country clubs, yacht clubs, catering companies and event centres.

Restaurant and hospitality questions
Can you work around our hours of operation?
Yes. Most of our restaurant service is done in the morning, before you open for lunch, so it doesn't get in the way of your guests or your team.
Do you offer discounts on patio heater repairs?
Yes. When we repair several patio heaters at the same location on one visit, the repairs are discounted. Not every heater can be repaired, and we'll tell you before you spend money on one that isn't worth fixing.
Which patio heaters do you service?
Gas patio heaters commonly used by restaurants, including wall and ceiling-mounted infrared heaters such as Bromic, Schwank and Sunpak, freestanding mushroom and pyramid heaters, and tabletop units.
Do you service custom fire features?
Yes. Standard fire tables are fairly straightforward, and custom-built fire features such as linear fire troughs and built-in fire pits are quoted individually after we see the installation.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. Restaurants that are existing clients qualify for emergency service when a fireplace, fire feature or patio heater stops working.
Do you work with multi-location restaurant groups?
Yes. We work with single restaurants and multi-location groups, with one point of contact, a consistent standard at every site, and reporting for each location.
What equipment do you service?
Indoor gas fireplaces, patio fire tables and fire features, gas patio heaters, and commercial BBQs and grills through Barbeque Pro Inc.
Can the reports go to our head office?
Yes. Reports can be shared with general managers, facilities teams or head office, however your company prefers.
How is pricing handled?
Standard gas fireplaces are priced the same as for homes: from $149.99 for single-sided fireplaces up to $349.99 for linear and frameless units, and $149.99 + HST for a repair service call. Custom-built and very large commercial fireplaces are quoted individually, and patio heaters, fire features and BBQs are quoted by location.
Can you provide insurance and WSIB documents?
Yes. A certificate of insurance, WSIB clearance certificate and TSSA licensing details are available on request, and we can add your company as additional insured.
Which areas do you cover?
Toronto, Vaughan, Mississauga, Pickering, Hamilton, Newmarket and Ottawa, and the communities around each branch. See all locations.
